When will I receive my e-ticket?
E-tickets are sent to your email within 48 hours after payment.
Sometimes it may take longer if the train is not yet available.

Do I need to print the e-ticket?
✅ Yes. Print the ticket on A4 / US Letter paper.

Can I change my ticket?
❌ No changes allowed.

Can I cancel my ticket?

• Pending order — 0% fee

• Processed order — 50% fee

• Cancellation possible up to 48 hours before departure
