Jakhongir graduated from the Uzbek State World Languages University in Tashkent, where he honed his language skills and developed a deep appreciation for cultural exchange. He began his career as a teacher, inspiring talented high school students at School №12. However, driven by a desire to explore new avenues, he transitioned into the business sector, where he discovered his passion for international tourism and the dynamics of the global business environment.
To further enhance his knowledge and gain valuable experience, Jakhongir pursued a master’s degree in Europe. He started his studies at Turiba University in Riga, Latvia, and completed his degree at Saarland University of Technology and Economics in Germany. This international education equipped him with a broader perspective on tourism and business practices.
Jakhongir founded the company ‘CONTINENT UNIQUE’ and he manages the company office in Tashkent and is responsible for group tours in Uzbekistan and Central Asia.
In addition to his professional pursuits, Jakhongir has a variety of personal interests. He is an avid horse sport enthusiast, enjoys listening to classical music, and loves reading history books. Traveling remains one of his greatest passions, allowing him to explore new cultures and experiences, which he eagerly shares with others through his work in tourism.

Kozim Djapparov provides financial leadership to the company as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). He is a graduate of Tashkent Economic University, where he established a strong academic foundation in finance and economics. He has gained extensive professional experience through senior roles in accounting and managerial departments within several foreign companies, contributing to complex financial operations and strategic decision-making.
With a comprehensive understanding of financial governance and international business practices, Kozim brings valuable insight to the tourism industry, further strengthened by his exposure to multiple international destinations. He regards accounting and financial management as core strategic pillars that support the company’s financial stability, sustainable growth, and long-term success.

Diyora is a Senior Travel Consultant responsible for English-speaking Speaking Markets. Born in the historic city of Samarkand, she graduated from Samarkand University with a degree in tourism, developing a strong foundation in destination management and guest services.
She worked closely with Jahongir as part of a professional guiding team, where their shared passion for tourism grew into a strong and trusted partnership. Today, Diyora warmly welcomes travelers from across the continents, combining local knowledge, professional expertise, and personal care to ensure memorable and meaningful travel experiences in Uzbekistan.

When Jahongir later learned that Marcus had also traveled extensively in Uzbekistan, he invited him to join the company as the main advisor for German-speaking travelers.

Ravshan Mamatov leads the Transport Division of the company. He is a graduate of Tashkent National University, where he studied Business Management. Working closely with Jahongir over many years, Ravshan has been responsible for providing safe, reliable, and high-quality transport services to thousands of travelers.
In addition to his strong managerial expertise, Ravshan possesses deep practical knowledge of transport operations and driver training, with the ability to deliver professional masterclasses for large tourist bus drivers. Known for his accuracy, discipline, and hands-on approach, he is always fully engaged in daily operations. With a light sense of humor, he often says he “speaks all tourist languages,” reflecting his exceptional ability to communicate with travelers from diverse backgrounds.
