BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
Travel Company “CONTINENT UNIQUE”

Below is a summary of the main terms and conditions that apply to your booking.
Tours are operated by Continent Unique in Uzbekistan, hereafter referred to as “the Company”.
1. Prices
1.1. Published prices are based on costs at the time of publication. The Company reserves the right to change prices at any time before your booking is confirmed.
1.2. Prices may increase due to:
new or increased government taxes or fees,
fluctuations in currency exchange rates, or
increased fuel or transport charges.
1.3. The Company will notify you of any price changes. Discounts, including Return Customer Discounts, cannot be combined with other offers; the higher discount will apply.
2. Payments
2.1. A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the tour price, but not less than US$ 200, must be paid before any binding contract exists. A confirmation will be issued once the deposit is received.
2.2. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 45 days before departure, or by an alternative date agreed with the Company.
2.3. If booking is made less than 45 days before departure, full payment is required immediately unless other arrangements are made.
2.4. Failure to pay the balance on time may result in cancellation of the booking or legal action to recover unpaid amounts.
3. Cancellation Policy
3.1. Deposits are non-refundable.
3.2. Cancellation charges are applied as follows:

3.3. Tailor-made tours may have different cancellation terms communicated at the time of booking.
3.4. All cancellations must be submitted in writing by the person who made the booking. Send emails to your Company contact and info@continent-unique.com.
3.5. Once a tour has started, no refunds will be given for unused portions or services. Changes or early departures are at your own expense and responsibility.
4. Cancellation by the Company
4.1. The Company may cancel a booking before full payment for any reason; deposits or partial payments will be fully refunded.
4.2. After full payment, cancellation will occur only in force majeure circumstances, such as civil unrest, terrorism, natural disaster, or other events beyond the Company’s control.
4.3. In such cases, the Company will offer either equivalent services or a full refund of all monies paid. No additional compensation will be provided.
5. Alteration of Itineraries
5.1. Minor changes may occur before or after booking; the Company will notify you as soon as possible.
5.2. The Company may alter the itinerary after departure in your best interest without paying compensation.
5.3. No compensation will be paid for cancellations or changes caused by force majeure, including war, riots, strikes, terrorism, natural disasters, fire, adverse weather, or other circumstances beyond the Company’s control.
6. Travel Insurance
6.1. Travel insurance is mandatory for all clients. It must cover:
medical expenses,
personal injury,
repatriation,
loss of luggage, and
cancellation or curtailment costs.
6.2. The Company is not responsible for:
flight or train delays/cancellations,
visa refusals,
restricted access to attractions due to government actions,
injury, illness, or loss of personal belongings.
6.3. All hospital, medical, and repatriation costs are the responsibility of the client. The Company will not refund tour costs due to illness.
7. Complaints
7.1. Clients must notify their guide or Company representative immediately of any complaint to give the Company an opportunity to resolve it.
7.2. Complaints made after tour completion must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the end of the tour.
7.3. The Company is not liable for complaints that are not reported promptly.
8. Smoking
8.1. Smoking is not allowed in vehicles operated by the Company.
8.2. Frequent stops can be arranged for smokers.
8.3. Hotel accommodation will be reserved as non-smoking rooms unless a smoking room is specifically requested (subject to availability).
9. Pets
9.1. Pets are not allowed on tours, in vehicles, or in accommodations arranged by the Company unless prior written approval has been obtained.
9.2. If a pet is approved, the Customer is fully responsible for the pet’s care, behavior, and any damages or additional costs incurred.
9.3. The Company reserves the right to refuse service to pets that may pose a risk to other clients, staff, or property.
10. Disclaimer
10.1. The Company makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of information on its website.
10.2. The Company is not responsible for errors, omissions, or changes in third-party services or suppliers.
