For the Provision of Tourist Services

1. General Provisions

1.1. This document constitutes an official public offer of Limited Liability Company “CONTINENT UNIQUE”, hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”, and sets forth all essential terms and conditions for the provision of tourist services.

1.2. In accordance with Articles 369 and 370 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, full and unconditional acceptance (acceptance) of this Offer shall be deemed to occur when the Customer performs actions aimed at obtaining tourist services, including submitting a request and/or making payment for the Service Provider’s services.
The person accepting this Offer shall be referred to as the “Customer”. Acceptance of this Offer is equivalent to entering into a contract under the terms set forth herein.

1.3. The Service Provider reserves the right to amend this Offer unilaterally without prior notice. The current version of the Offer is published on the official website of the Service Provider: https://continent-unique.com

2. Subject of the Offer

2.1. The Service Provider undertakes to provide the Customer with tourist services, including but not limited to:

  • booking of tourist packages and tours;

  • reservation of air tickets and other transportation services;

  • reservation of hotels and other accommodation facilities;

  • visa support services (without guarantee of visa issuance);

  • arrangement of travel insurance;

  • organization of transfers and excursion services.

The Customer undertakes to pay for the services in accordance with the terms of this Offer.

3. Procedure for the Provision of Services

3.1. The Customer submits a request for tourist services via the Service Provider’s website, by email, through messaging applications, or in person at the Service Provider’s office.

3.2. Services are provided after confirmation of availability by the Service Provider’s partners and upon receipt of full payment from the Customer.

3.3. The Service Provider has the right to refuse to provide services in the following cases:

  • unavailability of the requested services;

  • violation of payment deadlines by the Customer;

  • provision of inaccurate or incomplete information by the Customer.

4. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

4.1. The Service Provider shall:

  • provide the Customer with accurate and up-to-date information about the tourist product;

  • ensure booking of services in accordance with the confirmed request;

  • provide the Customer with the necessary travel documents (vouchers, tickets, booking confirmations, and other documents).

4.2. The Customer shall:

  • provide accurate and complete personal data and documents;

  • make timely payment for the selected services;

  • independently familiarize themselves with the entry, stay, and exit requirements of the destination countries, including visa, customs, and migration rules.

5. Price and Payment Terms

5.1. The cost of tourist services is determined based on the selected tourist product and is specified in the invoice, booking confirmation, or other written notification.

5.2. Payment shall be made by transferring funds to the Service Provider’s bank account within the timeframe specified in the invoice or payment request.

6. Liability of the Parties

6.1. The Service Provider shall not be liable for:

  • actions or decisions of embassies, consulates, visa centers, airlines, hotels, or other third parties;

  • refusal of entry or transit by border, customs, or migration authorities;

  • consequences of the Customer’s failure to comply with the laws and regulations of foreign states.

6.2. In the event of violation of payment terms or provision of inaccurate information by the Customer, the Service Provider has the right to refuse to perform its obligations without compensation for any losses incurred by the Customer.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

7.1. The Customer has the right to cancel the tourist services, provided that the Service Provider is reimbursed for the actual expenses incurred at the time of cancellation.

7.2. Refunds shall be made in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as the rules and conditions of tour operators, carriers, and other service providers.

8. Force Majeure

8.1. The Parties shall be released from liability for partial or complete failure to perform their obligations if such failure results from force majeure circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, epidemics, acts of government authorities, military actions, or other events beyond the reasonable control of the Parties.

9. Miscellaneous Provisions

9.1. Any matters not regulated by this Offer shall be governed by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

9.2. This Offer shall enter into force from the moment of its publication on the Service Provider’s website and shall remain valid indefinitely until revoked by the Service Provider.
