1.1. This document is an official public offer of the Limited Liability Company CONTINENT UNIQUE, hereinafter referred to as the «Service Provider», and contains all essential terms for the provision of travel services.
1.2. In accordance with Article 437(2) of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, if an individual or legal entity accepts the terms set forth below and makes payment for the services, such person shall be deemed the «Customer». Acceptance of this offer is considered equivalent to entering into a contract under the terms specified herein.
1.3. The Service Provider reserves the right to make changes to this Offer without prior notice. The current version of the Offer is always available on the official website of the Service Provider: [insert website].
2.1. The Service Provider undertakes to provide the Customer with travel services, including but not limited to: tour bookings, visa arrangements, flight and accommodation reservations, travel insurance, transfer and excursion services. The Customer, in turn, agrees to pay for such services.
3.1. The Customer submits a travel service request to the Service Provider through the website, email, messenger, or in person at the office.
3.2. Services are provided only after confirmation from the Service Provider’s partners and full payment by the Customer.
3.3. The Service Provider may refuse to provide services in case of unavailability of bookings, violation of payment deadlines, or provision of incorrect information by the Customer.

9.1. In all matters not covered by this Offer, the Parties shall be governed by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
9.2. This Offer is valid indefinitely from the moment of publication on the website and until it is revoked.
